Can I return my orders?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase. Please note that you need to initiate return by sending email to support@amikwears.com.

Can I return defective or faulty items?
You can return defective or faulty products with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of the purchase date.

Why didn’t I get a receipt or return label with my order?
We’ve gone paperless and removed all paperwork from our deliveries to help reduce our environmental impact. If you need a receipt for your purchase, your payment details can be found in email sent to you when you made an order. You can always ask for another copy by sending email to support@amikwears.com.

 

When will I get my refund?
As soon as refund is approved, you will get your money back within 7-10 working days. 

Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to offer an exchange service. If you would prefer your product(s) in another colour or size, please return your product(s) and place a new order.
